MOMENTUM SUCKS!!!

I had a burglary at my house 12 days ago and up until today my claim has not even been processed yet, let alone settled. I have been with Alexander Forbes Insurance for over 8yrs and have never had such atrocious service eversince they moved over to Momentum.

A whole lot of valuable items were ****** including my 2 vehicles spare keys. I have told them that because of their incompetence and lack of customer service those 2 vehicles are at extreme risk of being ****** because Momentum is aware that both spare keys were ****** out of my house. So if anything happens to those cars, they will be solely responsible for it.

I will most definitely be changing to another insurance company in the future.
