Momentum stickers

I changed my car insurance to momentum on 14 Jan 2021, and after that i didnt receive any do not tow stickers until i asked them on 24 March is when i sent a mail asking for it. 26Th March i received a mail saying that it is on its way. 14th April i sent a mail saying that i didnt receive my stickers. I only received these stickers on 22 April.

How terrible, only when we ask for important things then only we receive them, after a month of me requesting
