Momentum STAY AWAY
The worst service I ever experienced. I hit a warthog on the R4 outside Rustenburg on the 28th November 2024. The so called assessor assessed the car without the presence of a qualified panel beater. He then send me to his friend in Boysen's where I am in Benoni. I rejected the claim and went to a proper panel beater for a second assessment. Needless to say the second assessment was nearly 90% more than the first.. Momentum was not interested in having a second assessor looking at the car. Neither were they prepared to recommend another panel beater closer to home. Even the ombudsman gave me a cold shoulder. Today 2 and a half months later my only choice was to sign a disclaimer for the payment of approximately 10% of the real damage. Al I can say. STAY AWAY FROM MOMENTUM!! STAY AWAY
