Momentum staff incompetence
An absolute nightmare!!!! The consultants here are beyond a "joke"...i struggled to get the car hire when my vehicle went in for repairs..then I was billed for an extra day due the car not being ready for pick(which was approved by Momentum) now I have to run around trying to get my refund from Avis car hire....UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!
