Momentum so called 3rd party cover is nothing but a hoax!

In July a Momentum insure client drove into my parked vehicle. The guy was nice enough to wait for me and to get in touch with Momentum to initiate a 3rd party claim. When I called Momentum 2 weeks later to enquire when they would be getting my car fixed, they advised me that it would be better for me to claim from my own insurance then my insurance would claim from them. I did as I was advised by Momentums agent. Now 4 months later Momentum is playing hide and seek with both my insurance and me. My insurance is about to give up, terrible service on their side as well, and I would have had to pay for some else' mistake and Momentum couldn't give a rat's ass! Telling me that they now can't deal with me after they advised me to claim from my insurance knowing very well that they are evading a claim.
