Momentum Short Term Insurance THE BEST EVER

I had an accident on Monday on the 6th April 2021. Someone had bumped into me and i pumped the guy in front of me. I lodged the claim on Tuesday morning and Onwaba Ngcipe was the one who assisted me. She was so calm and explained all the steps and what was required from me and also took over in speaking to the guy I had bumped into. She kept me updated on my claim and when I was panicking she took my calls and explained all the processes. I also got an sms update from her as well. She updated me when my car was with the assessor and when it was with the panel beaters for further assessments, until my claim was approved. Loosing a car when you have a small baby is quite a painful and stressful process. But Momentum has made my life easier, I got my courtesy car as well within 2 days. And thanks to Avis I got a free upgrade, I got a bit car so my mommy duties can still happen with ease. Momentum thank you for being there when I needed you most.
