Momentum short term insurance reality check!!!

My simple MVA claim was speedily expedited by Rosy and Tracy Kgole. The Assessor who asked me to meet with him at one of their preferred Panelbeaters Flanagans was polite but in my opinion was more concerned with the faults on my vehicle prior to accident than after. He seemed to have a relationship with the Panelbeaters that was too close for comfort in my OPINION. The Panel beaters abused my vehicle and covered up. Netassess, the Assessors together with Momentum had nstructed panel beaters to use second hand non dealership parts without my knowledge. My vehicle was held back at panel beater for repairs on repairs. After a very long wait i finally received my vehicle and it looked so good that I complimented both Momentum and Flanagan's on Hello Peter. Took my car to the garage to fill fuel a day later and what a horror story.More damages noticed. PB also concealed defects. Swopped my tyres around and risky if i drove in rain. No Assessor to sign vehicle out as promised by Mom. Momentum is the biggest disappointment and DON'T fall for their sales pitch! I do not understand how integral people like Elton and Tracy Kgole can still represent Momentum with such passion
