Momentum short term insurance premium up by 30% and 22.73% despite no claims!

Despite having been a customer for years, Momentum short term insurance refuse to explain why my house premium has increased by 30% despite no claims, and why my car premium has increased by 22.73% despite being a year older and having no claims. I asked the query to be escalated or to speak to a manager in the department, clearly the call centre agents are taught to fob off complaints of this nature as nothing has been escalated, and no manager is available, clearly this company does not want my custom.
