I have interacted and communicated with Ndivhuwo Makananise on many occasions relating to my short term insurance needs. It would be an understatement for me to say that I am happy with her service, I think delighted is fitting ! She has been consistent since day 1 and her response times are quick, lightning quick. I have never had to follow up on any change or matter raised, never ! She has set the benchmark when in comes to communication and service levels.
