Momentum short term insurance is a horrible waste of money

Momentum Short Term Insurance is a waste of money and am is to prey financially on their customers. Two years ago my fridge broke because of loadshedding. Momentum was of no help and made use of a service provider that **** and said someone worked on my fridge and broke it. Long story short; I had to buy a new fridge. Now I find myself in a place where a business’s electronic gate malfunctioned and hit my car as I was exiting the premises. Spoke to a lady at Momenum who was irritated with me because I couldn’t understand why I have to go to the police. All my friends advised me that their insurance will not expect something like that from them. The cherry on top is that, if I fix my car through Momentum, my policy will be increased until the business’s insurance reimburse them. And I got the expression they are going to take their sweet time to get the money back since I’ll be their cash *** in the meantime. Worst of all is that I’ll be personally responsible for the co-payment and will not get it back when Momentum is reimbursed. Now I’m left to my own devices to get the company whose gate “crashed” into me to repair my car. I’ve been a client of Momentum for 12 years and I’m now sick and tired of the horry decline in service delivery. Come Monday I will instruct my broker to find me another shot term insurance company who is client focused and not act as if they are doing me any favours. And if Momemtum see this, please don’t insult my intelligence by phoning me and try to convince me that you have my best interest at heart. Up and until now your actions spoke louder than words!
