MOMENTUM SHORT TERM INSURANCE - Great Service!
If there was a 10 star rating, I would have given it! Dealing with Momentum Short Term Insurance, has been an absolute pleasure. Especially during my recent claim. Kerianne Ogle has gone out of her way to assist, and the entire claim, from submission to payment, was concluded within 48 hours. It is quite unbelievable. Well done, Momentum and thank you, Kerianne - you take Customer Services Excellence and Commitment to a new level! I have never before received an email from a consultant at 21h30...That's surely going the extra mile.
