Momentum Short Term Insurance Claim

It was smooth claim process that i received from Momentum. I was assist by Basetsana Khalo (Non-Drivable Claims Adviser). She handled the process so well and being happy its actually an understatement. Despite not having her direct telephone, I would get disappointed the phone is answered by someone else and not her in that she is most likely on another call helping other clients. Not taking anything away from her colleagues, they also assisted me so well (especially LADY called Mvhabalelo). Thank you Basetsana for the exceptional work and service you provided through out the course of the claim. You were so professional at all times, though sometimes and i would things not related to claim but your customer skills are top of the moon. Please do not stop the behavior, let it continue to other clients as well. I thank you and herewith a 5 star rating.
