Momentum Short Term Insurance

I never expressed my disappointment with how a Momentum Short Term Insurance broker and her supervisor handled my complaint. My car was ******, recovered and later ****** again. The Broker made it my problem that she forgot to update the car hire and her supervisor made it about money. I requested for an audit to her work for her clients to never suffer what inconvenience. The Broker went further to lie about me not being reachable when for the longest time we had a standing agreement that she needed to secure my time.
