Momentum short-Insurance worst service ever
I had an accident with my vehicle a month ago. I was told that the repairs on the vehicle would be done with in 10 working days. I had car rental included in my insurance. The rental is for a period of one month. The rental has to be back by 12 o'clock today. So that means my vehicle is still not repaired a month later. I have sent numerous emails to my broker and Momentum with no luck. Nobody comes back to me with answers as to when my vehicle would be fixed. I have included the car rental in my policy as I am on the road a lot and can not be without a vehicle. I have never had such a bad experience with any insurance company like i am having with Momentum.

23 Apr 2019, 12:56A new rent a car was provided thank you very much. I have the new rental up and till the 27 th of april but was informed that they are still waiting for parts on the vehicle. So who knows how long the vehicle will still be at the panel beaters as they have now realised that the damages is worse than expected. I can't understand why all the damages was not picked up on the first inspection.
