Momentum Safe Day ****
Once again I raise this isaue of your time of day penalty.
I go out to a restaurant on 22 March and I drive home between 18:25 and 18:38. For my driving I score everything above 92 and yet I still only get a 70% score for the trip, making me loose my safe day.
This is absolutely ridiculous. Fix your algorithm and stop *****ing my safe days.
I am sick and tired of this and I am escalating this matter on all platforms as this is bull****.
Returning home before 7pm is not a high risk and should not warrant such a severe penalty of 10%.
