Momentum Roadsie Assistance - Awesome Service

Really really great service from Momentum's Roadside Assistance. This was my first call to them after joining them 2 years ago. It was really easy to find their number online because of course I hadn't saved it on my phone, my call went straight through and was answered within seconds. The agent simply asked for my ID number and not the policy number which helped - when one breaks down there's always a moment of panic and she kept it really simple - took my number in case we got disconnected and asked if I was in a safe place. (I was). I got sms confirmations and also today, when I needed the technician to come out, I was sms'd that he was on his way, along with his mobile number. Ashly was awesome and went beyond what he was meant to do! Turned out my car had more than a flat battery, and he got it out of my driveway where it was blocking everyone in. Just awesome service, a great first time experience and a huge thanks for making it so easy.
