Momentum Road Side Assist is Abusive and ***********

I want to share my story after Momentum failed to take accountability for what happened. I was involved in a relatively serious situation where my car seized on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. I called momentum EMERGENCY roadside 24 assistance, and I was treated very abusively. There was no counselling or any checks to see if I'm ok. (note: except for the truck driver who made sure I was ok). They kept wanting to put the phone down and sounded bored. They did not explain the process, they did not ask if I was safe. They didn't present all my options and tell me what to do. I was in an extremely panicked and dangerous situation, and they didn't articulately what I must do, who I must call or where I must go. I received an email expecting an apology and all I got was that 'protocol was observed'. Absolutely ********** service. They don't train their contact centre agents, zero emotional intelligence. They blatantly don't care about people and people's lives. I've never in my live experienced such apathy.
