Momentum refuses to pay for my Car claim

My Car was involved in an accident late last year and it was being driven by my friend at the time and momentum refuses to pay saying that i did not enlist my friend as A regular driver and they even said He admitted on the recording that He was A regular driver but strange enough they refuse to give me the voice records where he admits to being a regular driver the fact is He is not regular driver cause a regular driver is a person who uses my car most of the time and He only uses my car when i give him permission and he hardly ever drives my car and now they are refusing to give me the voice notes of their investigations saying they have third party info that they cannot divulge , what is the point of having a cover with them if they refuse to give me information regarding the claim, I mean I paid my premiums and come claim time they come up with stories, no ways, the public needs to know that you wrong people and take advantage, this is very wrong
