Momentum on handling claims

I put a claim for my car wheels. Momentum sent an assessor to validate the claim. The assessor Rencia Mauer intimidated me over and over again telephonically. She harassed me and told me that I'm lying about the incident and told me that she will write a report that my claim should be rejected. She eventually called me to inform me that the claim was rejected because of dishonesty and the policy was cancelled immediately
