Momentum no customer service

I have never in my life had such bad service from an insurance company. My car has been at the panelbeaters for over 3 months for a 10 day job any momentum just shrugs there shoulders as say there is nothing they can do. While it's there choice in panelbeaters. I will definitely be moving all my assets somewhere we're customer service is still a thing.
