Momentum name being brought down by arrogance

To whom it may concern, I was contacted by an investigator regarding an accident I had. I was injured although not serious for hospitalization and I tried my best in my position to contact towing and insurance in due time. The way in which I was treated and am being treated in his investigation has made me feel as if I am the ********. This is not a complaint towards car insurance as they have been wonderful throughout my time with Momentum, but against Willem (Aj) Jordaan. He has been instructed to assist with my vehicle accident claim, but he as been rude, demeaning and degregating towards my character in every way. I have never experienced anyone speaking to someone else in a way he does and I have seen other people have complained about this as well. It is completely unprofessional. I am not a ***** or will commit ***** yet he makes you feel that way. I have had great service for 13 years without any claims or incidents and if someone is going to make you feel worse about your situation like he has then I would not want him employed at my firm. Losing prized possessions and almost your life is dramatic enough, having someone then make it worse without any remorse but merely seeing you as a number or pay day is unfathomable! What does my personal life have to do with a claim? I am a recovering addict of 8 years yet he accused and questioned my driving ability at the time after disclosing this to him and even said he will investigate it, like my way and word is not enough! Not been the best experience ever and am very upset about it.Yes there may be certain information protocols that need to be confirmed and addressed but people s****s are an attribute that he does not possess. I have felt belittled, my character has been attacked and the things he says to people I don't even know is actually recorded. I am a white lady and a young lady whom has not claimed in 13 years, yet all aspects of my life feels like it has been placed on trial over one accident claim. I expect a lot better. I do not normally complain but a family member had an accident and their claim was dealt with very professionally and in due time. My experience has been nothing but unsatisfying and degrading.
