Momentum/ JP van Staden id *** 083 - inhouse unsettled claims

Claim RE: ********** 23 // CC010991 Escalation to Momentum

I have spoken to Mr van Staden on ********** . His driver drove into my car on 1 November 2018. Various phonecalls and e-mails between MSJ vd Walt / Santam, and Santam / Momentum

According to Mr van Staden, there is a previous claim between himself and Momentum that has not yet been settled. He said he is not willing to pay anything to Momentum until his previous claim with Momentum has not been resolved.

His issues with Momentum is nothing of my business and it is unfair to punish me for Momentum’s in-house issues that are not resolved and settled.

Can somebody just sort out Mr van Staden’s issue with Momentum.
