Momentum is the worst short-term insurance company ever!

Terrible insurance company. I Lodge a claim 2 days ago,MT ***3,(CLAIM NUMBER) every plumming company they have appointed is phoning me accept Momentum. It's been 2 days I phone Momentum, they don't phone me their "client", omw it's very bad. First I phoned Momentum's emergency number, they said they'll send a plummer. I'm covered for a free call out and 1 hours labour free. The plummer call me and tell me he is not coming out because the insurance won't pay if the geaser didn't burst. Then the next day I call Momentum, they assure me I was covered. Omw. Then I Lodge a claim, Momentum appointed about 6 plumming companies to give a qoute, 6 companies is phoning me to view the geaser. Then the next day 6 companies is phoning me to appoint them to fix the geaser, NOT MOMENTUM, I DON'T GET A CALL NOTHING FROM MOMENTUM! I called Momentum again telling them about my dissatisfaction, I should only have had to talk with them not 6 plumming companies, now Dorithy told me she's going to investigate. STILL MOMENTUM DOESN'T CALL ME THEIR CLEINT, IT'S A DISGRACE. PLEASE DON'T EVER TAKE INSURANCE WITH MOMENTUM!
