Momentum is the worst insurer ever!

I wish there was a 0 star rating for this, so ***********. I’ve never been this upset, I had an accident on the 20th of Dec in howick driving down to EC, they couldn’t even organise me accommodation because it was too late to organise a courtesy car, I had to Uber myself to Durban which was the nearest place of safety. As if that’s not enough now they are giving me the run around to get the vehicle inspected. So The accident was in mooi river right, in Mooi river they are saying the vehicle is in pmb. In pmb the assessor went twice but couldn’t find it and said it’s probably in mooi river. Tracker picks it up in pmb but they still say it’s not there, at this point I don’t know but they’re all driving me crazy shame. The worst insurer ever! As soon as it’s fixed I’m cancelling without a doubt
