Momentum is the worst Insurance under the sun! Cancel your policy and move now!!!

Absolutely appalling service from Momentum Insure. We had a lightning strike on Friday 15th April, which lead to water pipe bursts and multiple electrical appliance/ light damage. Since then, we have had 2 assessors and no service restoration.( for water especially) The insurer has advised that they dont have service providers available to assist in Mafikeng, so I have been without water for almost a week today. When my insurance debited my premiums, my insured location did not seem relevant, but now that there is a claim, it is an issue.

Highly appalled by Queenie, who helped us and seems to take this lightly. No sense of urgency from this insurer.
