Momentum is serious ****

I actually require negative stars!!!

I so disgusted typing this, I logged a household claim with Momentum in April and they did the run around and insisted on a receipt which was NOT the pre-requisite for claiming

These are high value items I had covered on this policy…an assessor by the name of AJ kept harassing me asking where I have the money to buy such goods, after a lengthy back and forth and apparent dishonesty the claim was rejected and policy cancelled - no accountability what so ever form Momentum
