Momentum is a company that is driven by its values

I would like to heap praise on Momentum for resolving an issue that my elderly neighbour experienced with an external wall after it had fallen over during tropical storm Eloise. Although the claim was initially rejected, the claims team reviewed based on her long standing relationship with the company and her vulnerable state and approved an ex-gratia payment. This is a true case of a company living by their values and making the real needs of their customers an imperative. Special mention goes to Shirley Burger who heads up the claims team. The wall has been fixed and my neighbour was extremely emotional and relieved that Momentum were able to help her. As for me, I am so impressed that I will be moving my short-term insurance to Momentum.
