Momentum insure useles

Person working on my claim went on holiday before handing over or seteling the claim alway had to struggle to get information as no one never had an idea what is hapening. They reduced the amout that my motorcycle was insured for witout letting me know. They keep taking premium money from my acount even after im not insured with them
