Momentum Insure: Unfair Claim Rejection - Left worse off Despite Being Insured

I'm very disappointed with Momentum Insurer's handling of my solar claim. Despite clear evidence that their own SP disconnected the solar cables, they unfairly rejected my claim, blaming me instead. They say damage was due to arching from loose connection-an unforeseen failure that insurance should cover. I took out insurance for peace of mind, but I'm now left worse off and unsupported. This experience shows poor accountability and customer care.
