Momentum Insure treads lightly on an injured self esteem

Second time in 12 months that I (accidentally) damaged my smartphone. Momentum repaired it the first time in no time. The latest incident had me feeling like an idiot and I thought I'd rather repair it myself and not claim. Unfortunately, my poor phone has had enough and Platinum Repair's report confirmed it's left for a happier cell phone place. So, I had to claim. Thank you Koketso Ramoshaba for not adding to my injured self esteem and making the process absolutely painless. Claim settled. All's well again. Thank you Momentum! (sorry for shouting)
