Momentum Insure terrible terrible TERRIBLE!
Worst Vehicle Insurance in SA. Ive come to Hello peter in despiration to try help get my car sorted. My car has been sitting with a panel beaters for 2 weeks now and it hasnt been touched because Momentum Insure hasnt sent through authorization! Ive never felt so angry with such an establishment before. Everytime you call, you get to speak to a brand new person who promises you they will get on it and never do. I am absolutely shocked by their service!!!!!!!! I would give negative stars if possible

18 Nov 2024, 14:43After getting the panel beaters to call Momentum Insure. I was told that whoever told me the authorization was sent through on the 12th was actually lying to me! Im just shocked by the service!

22 Nov 2024, 11:36After being told my matter was esculated!!! Absolutely nothing was done! Momentum called me then next day and after almost 20min on the line the call just drops and they dont bother to call back. My car is still faaaar from being done! The customer service is some of the worse ive experienced and I cant imagine being a customer for much longer! I need a vehicle now and they just dont care to assist!
