Momentum Insure Sucks

The worst insurance I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. As Integrisure they were very good, no complaints ever. Unfortunately they changed and became Momentum Insure, what a calamity. They are looking for ways to avoid fulfilling their obligation as insurance and their assessors do everything to assist them to reject claims. The young so and so pitched up at my house to do a drain inspection without having any equipment, his only equipment being a camera (could be cellphone) and a ladder. I've written this experience off as really bad service. Now the kicker. My vehicle's front windscreen needs to be replaced so I registered the claim and go to PG glass to make an appointment. Shocked to hear that Momentum did register with PG but they require excess of (started at R5000) and when I queried it was changed to R500. Only problem is that according to the latest document I have there is no excess for windscreens. If they can't read they should claim back their school fees, I can read and the policy states very clearly that we don't have any excess due. To all prospective clients STAY AWAY FROM THESE ******, THEY DON'T WANT TO PAY AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO AVOID DOING SO. THEY ALSO IGNORE YOU FOR WEEKS. I had to contact the ombudsman to get these ****** to answer my e-mail.
