Momentum Insure - Shocking service!

Claim was registerde for roll up garage door and motor, claim was authorised and Momentum send out contractors.

The door was hung incorrectly and till date the motor is not working. Door climbs off the rail everytime as it needs to be opened manually and then comes down. It is unsafe! Numerous emails and calls to Momentum, and till date no response.

The contractors was back and give excusse after excusse, Being told they will come back, they need to speak to Momentum. NOBODY is coming back! Assessor was also sent out and same story, will come back........
