Momentum Insure (Rejected Claim)

I am writing this review regarding my insured home which I have been struggling to claim for storm damage 3-4 months already From Momentum Insure. We have submitted the claim and everytime we need to send the documents ex. Photos of damages & claim forms then we can cannot get through to one of the email addresses as there emails never works all emails sent is undelivered on our side and we never get the documents through to them. Then we send the docs with the assessor appointed as requested by Momentum, just to get the claim rejected due to old damage, however this is not old damage it happened in the winter and momentum just refuses to assist you. They then sent out another assessor and the same thing happened that they rejected the claim. This is a huge concern as we are insured however we havent claimed and if we need to claim like now it gets rejected. This raises many concerns as the insured because I feel that we are insured for a reason to claim for what is damaged however Momentum Insure makes it very difficult for one to fix what was damaged as they give you the run around for a month or two and just come back and say the claim has been rejected for whatever lame excuse.

I am changing my home insurance and everything that is with Momentum Insure.

Any suggestions please.
