Momentum Insure refuse to Pay

I had an accident on 25 May 2024 and contacted my insurer Momentum. during the assessment i explained what happened when the taxi knocked me from the side. they fixed some of the damages and refused to fixe the other as they say they are not accident related even though they were. Took my car for the 2nd time for assessment and they still refusing to fix it. been 4 months now. im tired of this insurance now all they want are premiums but when they suppose to pay they come up with thousand excuses not to pay.
