Momentum Insure Phone claim

I have submitted a claim with a damage report of my phone, i did pay for the phone to get repaired at an accredited company but they couldnt fix it. because of internal damage. I need a phone for my day to day work but now they still want to book this phone in in Johannesburg and i live in George. This is one of the most stupidest things i have seen. Now i have to wait another two weeks for a phone and have to pack the ****en phone in a box for time that i do not have nor a box for the ****ing phone. I freakin pay for this.
