MOMENTUM INSURE - MICHAEL RADEBE :-)

To whom it may concern, For the past week I have been very fortunate to have spoken with consultants whom are so "on the ball" that it was such a pleasure to have spoken/dealt with them. This time round I spoke with Michael Radebe - policies in question MT***5 & MT***5. Well, this young man is such an asset to the call centre (in my opinion) - on both occasions Michael raised the bar with his level of client service. Michael, I just want to say thank you that I was able to have spoken with you on both occasions and that you are individualistic in your approach, your kindness, your professionalism, your etiquette in which you conduct business on the "first point of contact" interaction on behalf of Momentum Insure and being so well-spoken.
