Momentum Insure is such a **** and a money making scheme!!!

I have had the most terrible service from Momentum, I had a claim that was approved later on they changed their mind on the claim without informing me ,I had to call and do follow ups but every single month they were deducting from my account..without giving me a clear explanation regarding my claim, they service is very bad from customer service they are not client oriented..you call its pillar to post.You will never know anything about your claim unless you contact them they won’t bother to keep you updated, not to mention the attitude the consultants at Momentum have.. I ended up cancelling the policy with them ,my car went to Momentum with both number plates when the car was delivered back to me..the number plates were not there this was in December as we speak the number plates are still not delivered I send emails everyday asking for my plates till date I have not received them..what’s worse my car came back with stickers on the windscreen written bid so meaning My car was taken to an auction without my consent, the Audacity and lack of respect for their customer whatsoever.. if you want peace of mind don’t join this insurance company they are money driven, trust you won’t remind them to deduct money but when it comes to rendering a service they are the worst!!!!!
