momentum insure house and car insurance

this is the most pathetic company to do business.they find every excuse not pay a claim.Dont waste your time and money with this company for car or home insurance .i had some flood damage .The assessor came over and agreed R 14 000 TAR damage. This was less than the damage .The second assessor who i requested come with an evaluation of R 37000 .Why such a major discrepancy ?i then requested an engineer who came over and told me that the land mass was within the acceptable angle of elevation. I requested the engineers report which was never made available to me as peer my request. The answer i was given was is that we paid for it.i have other friends and family who also have had problems with momentum insure.they want the easy way out to cancel my policy. I told them if they cancel my insurance i will move my other insurance business elsewhere as well. THE REPLY WAS THATS FINE.
