Momentum insure do not car of the client`s security

This company is the worst of them all. I tried to call them on 5 December 2022 after my gate motor stopped working due to a storm. I send several emails and i did not get a response. they send an accessor after a week. when the accessor came the gate was working sometimes and stop working sometimes. the accessor did some check and pressed something and from that day my gate motor is not working. I tried to send follow up emails and calling to inform them that their accessor made things worse but momentum is not responsive. To my shock the accessor gave a report that nothing is wrong with my gate motor. I got a call two weeks ago and informed them the gate motor is still not working. Momentum insure has affordable prices but they do not care about the client`s wellbeing and the security on our families. I am back in the market to look for a better insurance for my house. Its painful to look for a technician at my own cost when i have an insurance i pay every month.
