Momentum insure ,customer satisfaction

I contacted Momentum insure on Saturday 28 June 2025 to cancel my insurance on my vehicle due to an upgrade. I was initially assisted by Keshni Gounder , who is probably one of the very few Agents that I have dealt with and ended the call with a smile on my face , she's an absolute pleasure to speak to and extremely, polite and helpful. Once I was done with my cancellation process, she put me through to Mamelo Seghlong, and I must admit , having the pleasure of speaking to 2 amazing consultants in one sitting is a very rare occurrence. Mamelo assisted me with taking out cover for my new vehicle and she is an absolute pleasure to deal with , also very polite ,friendly and very professional. Her quote was a bit higher than the ones I had received from other insurance companies ,however she managed to get me a quote that I was satisfied with with the assistance of Keshni providing a discount on my profile for being a loyal client. Overall extremely satisfied with my quote and these 2 ladies are an asset to Momentum insure as it is through their service that loyal customers stay with this company.
