MOMENTUM INSURE COMPANY LIMITED

I am absolutely disgusted and disappointing with Momentum Insurers. It has been 3 WEEKS since i lodged a claim for a leaking ceiling due to the recent heavy rains that are causing the flooding in my kitchen (which has a wood ceiling by the way). The contractors came through and evaluated and since then have heard NOT ONE WORD from Momentum. I have sent videos on how bad it has become and have buckets all over my kitchen to catch the pouring rain INSIDE my kitchen which has since become futile as the leaks have now spread.

Each time I call I am sent from pillar to post as if no one knows what the hell they are employed to do. I eventually spoke to a consultant (who is not the one handling my case who responds to my emails when she feels like it) and did not have full excess to the report and told me some nonsense along the line of "over time wear and tear" which is not covered. And this is nonsense as the contractors told me a very different story.

I warn you all to never ever bother taking out insurance with Momentum.
