Momentum insure bad insurance company

I hit a pothole at 7:30pm in the evening and two of my tyres where punctured. I contacted momentum to assist with roadside assistance per the policy document they state if you have a flat tyre we will come out and assist to change the tyre . Since I only have one spare wheel like all car owners and two tyres where damaged I asked them to tow my car home which is 5 minutes away. Momentum refused. They told me that hitting a pot hole is regarded as an accident and that they will tow my car to the nearest assessment center..they proceeded to send a drunk tow truck driver who was reeking of alcohol and smoking marujuana. He couldn't even stand up straight. I battled with momentum who told me if I don't allow the drunk man to tow my car I must pay for the car to be towed myself. I spoke to Ronda the team leader abd she was so useless and refused to assist. I had to end up calling a flat bed truck to take my car home and pay r1000 out of my pocket as i was in a dangerous situation stuck in the road in the middle of the night. This is utterly disgusting for an insurance company. Stay away
