Momentum Insure are being Bullies

I have a No Excess policy with Momentum. We were involved in an accident which was no fault of ours. The damage to the car exceeded the insured value and the car was written off. I am being told that an amount of R1500 needs to be deducted as the car will have to be sold for a lot less when it goes to auction. What Momentum does with the car after it is was written off, is not my concern. Therefore, I expect to receive the full insured value of the car. I have been dealing with Stacey Leigh Yarde and as a pensioner, I feel that I am being bul**** into accepting a lesser amount. They really do not have the clients best interest at heart and is all about their own gain. Very disappointed in this service Faye
