I'm really impressed with the level of service and the quality of people like Thulani Ngwenya who have assisted me with my claims process. It's usually a bit traumatic submitting a claim following an unfortunate event in your life so receiving empathy, support and an excellent level of support (especially compared to any of my previous insurers) makes all the difference.
