I just want to thank Adam Sekgabi at claims operations @ Momentum Insure for his excellent service, more than regular feedback and communication was received, was phoned within minutes of submitting my claim, next business day assessors were sent to my house, 200km’s + from their offices, friendly and very professional and competent guys.. Adam Sekgabi was very helpful and friendly in taking me through the steps, process and time line. Also had to do nothing from my side except give info/detail on claim, rest was handled by him.. claim process was sorted, completed and paid out in less than 5 business days from first call.. many thanks Adam Sekgabi, the industry needs more guys like you sir
