Momentum Insure

My TVs got damaged after a thunder storm. Reported it and it was picked up within 3days.Outcome was normal were and tear. Was checked on 09/01/2024 only got it back today 01/02/2024.The asesor told me that thy look at how old the TV is.If the TV is to old its normal wear and tear.Where in the policy are you informed about that.Still waiting for feedback on my previous review
