Momentum insurance worst ever

Not happy last year August while stationary at traffic light momentum client reversed into my bmw320d.60k damage and to date still not resolved I was sent from pillar to post and finally advised that the assessor would come to check my vehicle a month ago then they could not get hold of me and assesment was cxd.I advised momentum that I am available all day on my phone and nobody called.Thenbthecrequested additional docs Today a month later it was advised that the assesment would be done today .I am still waiting more than 7 months already. And just not getting anywhere worst insurance company ever.
