MOMENTUM INSURANCE UNFAIRLY REGECTING CLAIMS

I have been insured with Momentum/Alexandra Forbes for the past three years, faithfully paying the premium without fail besides the annual escalations,

I am very disappointed Momentum rejected my claim for my house claim, I am now confused and frustrated because I do not know what else I am not insured for.

Last month they increased my premium and I did not complain, it is VERY easy for them to deduct the premium but very DIFFICULT for them to cover one single claim after a long time,

I blame Alexandra Forbes for selling the short-term insurance to Momentum,
