MOMENTUM INSURANCE:THE WORST THING TO HAPPEN TO US

I was involved in a car accident on 5 June 2015, around the Middelburg area. My Audi A4 had a back smash. <br> I have comprehensive cover with Momentum. <br> My car was towed to Witbank to the assessor. It was then sent to Pretoria for repairs. Ever since then the Panel beaters and Momentum having been giving me the run around. The Panel beaters call and give me feedback and then the Momentum calls and gives me conflicting feedback. I don't know who to believe anymore. It cannot possibly take more that 3 months to repair a back smash. <br> I don't know who is fooling who here, but somewhere along the line some one is not doing their jobs and I am the one to suffer because until today I have no car! <br> I would never have thought that a reputable company like Momentum would let their clients suffer like this for more than 3 months. <br> If the damage was so bad, and the panel beaters are not able to repair it , why was the car not written-off in the first place? <br> I live in Nelspruit, and I can not even go and check up on my car in Pretoria. <br> I'm paying a car installment and comprehensive insurance for NO CAR!<br> This is just unacceptably terrible service from Momentum. <br> <br>
